Develop an Explosive Lift - Part 1 | Instructional

In wrestling, it’s very important to go from the squat position, and explode up with power. Through training on the VertiMax, wrestlers are able to train for the workouts that they will be actively doing during their matches.

This wrestling exercise is to develop an explosive lift. By attaching the VertiMax resistance to the waist, hands & legs while the wrestler is on the platform, the wrestler is able to simulate the hip movement when lifting an opponent off the ground. This develops a powerful and explosive lift before the opponent can react.
