With proper use your Vertimax should last a lifetime,
however please read the warranty provisions listed below.

The Platform:
The platform itself has proven impervious to normal use, and will not fail under any kinds of approved usage; however if it is found to be structurally dysfunctional within two years, the entire unit will be replaced free of charge.   There is no warranty on the platform for surface disfigurement that occurs during use such as dents or cracks that might have been caused by the platform being struck by a sharp or heavy object.

The Support and Functioning Parts Attached to the Bottom of the Platform: 
If for any reason the aluminum, steel, and composite parts (legs, trackers, pulleys, etc) are found to be dysfunctional within two years of purchase, they will be replaced free of charge.

Elastic Materials - The Resistance Bands and Suction Cups:
After prolonged use, the resistance bands will relax, and the actual resistance applied will be a few pounds less than shown on the Calibration Chart that came with the device. This will not decrease the performance. However, if any resistance bands or rubber suction cups which attach to the legs on the underside of the unit are found to be dysfunctional within one year of purchase, they will be replaced free of charge.

Accessories:
If within one year of purchase the waist harness, hip flexor attachments, or palm grips fail  due to a manufacturing defect, they may be returned to Genetic Potential for a free replacement.

The Mat:
Since we have no control over the use of proper footwear, and since the mat is comprised of materials primarily designed for injury protection rather than durability, after some period of time - depending on use, it will show signs of wear. With the exception of manufacturing defects, there is no warranty on the mat associated with damage that occurs under usage. Standard size replacement mats may be purchased for $95.00 while Elite size replacement mats may be purchased for $109.50.
