CLASSIC 4:   Lower Body Training System  (V4)
 The Classic 4 is our Basic Four-Cord Training System
 


 

Level 1: 4 Band Training System
On Platform Training Only
Primarily for Lower Body Training

The V4 unit is our Level 1 on-platform speed & vertical jump training system. The V4 unit is our original jump training system that can outperform any other jump training product on the market aside from our higher level systems.

It features four (4) internal bands for loading the legs at the hips and knees utilizing the waist belt and hip flexor harnesses that come with the unit. Band resistance settings range from 4 to 28 pounds allowing up to 120lb to applied to the athlete’s legs for jump training purposes.

The patented capability of the unit to apply a nearly constant resistance throughout the jumping motion and track hip movement laterally allows athletes to jump train with maximum stability and balance. Preserving balance and stability means athletes can perform each repetition with maximal effort against the applied resistance recruiting a higher number of Fast Twitch Type B muscle fibers. These are the highest power producing muscle fibers utilized in an explosive effort. The ability to recruit more of the Type B fiber type with maximal effort repetitions will allow you to improve the power producing capabilities of a higher percentage of explosive muscle fibers and thus provide an improved training response of other jump training systems.

The V6 unit is our Level 2 on platform speed & agility training system. It has all the capabilities of the V4 unit plus the unique ability to apply arm loading when vertical jump training for an exceptional vertical jump development.

It features four (4) internal bands for loading the legs at the hips and knees utilizing the waist belt and hip flexor harnesses that come with the unit. This unit also has two (2) additional fixed vector bands that allow you to configure a multitude of sports specific exercises on the platform for an optimal training response. This training system which comes with hand attachment straps allows athletes to attach the two topside resistance bands to their arms for loading the arm swing in addition to the legs while vertical jump training. No other vertical jump training system accounts for arm swing which can contribute up to 15% of vertical jump performance. In addition to providing advanced hip flexor training capabilities over the V4 unit, the V6’s two topside bands can also be attached to the feet to improve kicking performance or ham string power. Band resistance settings range from 4 to 28 pounds allowing up to 120lb to applied to the athlete’s legs for jump training purposes.

The capability to simultaneously load the leg drive and arm swing while vertical jump training makes this system the most effective training device in the world for vertical jump training.

The V6 Pro is our Level 3 on & off-platform speed & agility training system. It has all the capabilities of the V4 and V6 units plus additional on and off platform training capabilities.

It features four (4) internal bands for loading the legs at the hips and knees utilizing the waist belt and hip flexor harnesses that come with the unit. Two (2) additional multi-vector bands allow you to apply arm loading when jump training using the hand straps included with the unit. The multi-vector capability also allows you to configure a multitude of sports specific exercises on or off the platform for an optimal training response. This training system allows athletes to train off the platform with up to 2 topside bands attached to their feet, hips and or hands providing unbeatable speed and agility training benefits for athletes. One to six bands can be attached to the athlete simultaneously. Band resistance settings range from 4 to 28 pounds allowing up to 120lb to applied to the athlete’s legs for jump training purposes.

The V6 Pro system can dynamically load the leg driving muscles (gluts, quads & calves) AND the leg pulling muscles (hip flexor, abductor and adductor) simultaneously on one leg when performing first-step acceleration drills off the platform. The capability to train for explosive power in the leg drive and pulling phase of the first-step movement accounts for both halves of the speed equation which no other system does, and that’s what make this system (aside from the V8 Elite unit) the most effective speed and vertical jump training device in the world.
