Want to Maximize Your Athletic Abilities?
Four Reasons VertiMax Is the Best Choice:

Reason Number 1:  Explosive Power & Force Development
In just a few short weeks VertiMax will dramatically improve the RATE at which an athlete can generate force - AKA: their power producing capability.

It is Power - Not Strength - that determines how high an athlete can jump. Power determines your first step quickness. Power determines how fast you can accelerate and decelerate. It's simple scientific fact.

So how do you increase Power? Science has shown us that training at high velocities with light loads using sport specific motions is the key. In other words, if you're a boxer - throw a punch exactly as you would in the ring. But apply some resistance to that arm.

The right kind of resistance is critical. You need light load - with low to no mass. Why? Well - you could strap a heavy weight to your wrist and throw a punch - but think what that would do to your shoulder. Even if you could accelerate fast enough to throw a punch in real-time speeds, could you stop all that extra mass? Not likely.

Why not slow it down for training? Because science has shown that power and performance are best developed when the brain is allowed to target, recruit and fire muscle motor units EXACTLY as they are recruited and fired in competition. Why would you train by walking a quarter of a mile every day when the race is a 100 yard dash?  Think of a video game - there's a big difference between the speed of training your brain to push the jump button on reflex - and the speed of your response to someone ask you which one is the jump button.  Train your body the way you use your body in competition.  The net result is a highly efficient development of speed and power.

VertiMax provides performance results that you can’t get with traditional weight training and plyometrics. But don't take our word for it - check out the Arizona State University’s clinical study published this year showed VertiMax was 6X more effective developing explosive leg power than traditional plyometrics and weight training alone.    CLICK HERE TO READ THE STUDY

Reason Number 2:  It's the Only System that can Load Multiple Positions on the Body - At the Same Time
VertiMax gives you the option to load from one to eight locations simultaneously. And with different levels of resistance to each location.

Why is this important?
Well assume for instance that you want a better vertical jump. Arm Swing can be responsible for up to 20% of the Vertical Jump, so it just makes sense to load the arms as well as the legs. Chances are, your arms are not as strong as your legs, so you would want to be able to vary that load to an appropriate level. Likewise as you become stronger - you'll want to be able to increase the loads - or switch up your routine to keep your body guessing.  This is a huge benefit for athletes in sports like gymnastics and basketball - it's all about reaching up and increasing height.

Now assume you want a better vertical jump - but you also need to run fast, cut hard and develop speed and first step quickness. Soccer, Football or Hockey anyone?

Many athletes traditionally make the mistake of overlooking the second side of the speed equation. A performance car is not just about the speed off the line - it's also about how quickly it responds, how it corners, and how quickly it can decelerate.  Abductors are the muscles that you use to drive off of your foot - your speed off the line.  But if you want a responsive performance - to be able to cut and corner - which is basically to stop your current path and change direction quickly - you need to train the adductors too.   The Adductors are responsible for the part of the movement when your leg then breaks contact with the ground and pulls forward.  The faster you can pull that foot forward and get it back on the ground to drive off of - the quicker you'll race ahead of the rest, yes?

The patent pending VertiMax is the only system capable of simultaneously loading both the driving and pulling muscles of the leg while speed training.  This is how we can guarantee improvements in 40 and shuttle times that you just can't get with any other device.

Reason Number 3:  Our Client List
Take a quick look at our testimonials and client list and you'll see that many fo the best coaches and athletes in the world are sold on VertiMax.  With nearly 50% of the NFL, 37% of the NBA and 90% of all major Division I colleges using VertiMax in their athletic training programs, you can be assured that VertiMax delivers results.

It's not just for pros either.  Individual athletes and parents with children in competitive sports are rapidly discovering that VertiMax is the fastest way to maximize performance.  And it's the perfect trainer for your needs - whether you have an aspiring quarterback or all star gymnast in the house. Or both.

Reason Number 4:  Simple to Use, Lightning Fast Results
You'll see results performing just two simple exercises twice a week:

a. The vertical jump – 4 to 6 sets, 4 to 6 repetitions per set

b. Hip flexor training - 5 to 6 sets, 4 to 6 repetitions per set

Ready to do more? No need to worry that you'll outgrow the VertiMax. There are hundreds of sports specific exercises that can be performed - on and off platform, training indoors or outside. No matter what your sport, if you use your legs and arms, run or jump, VertiMax is the best choice to quickly reach maximum athletic performance.   Separate yourself from the rest of the crowd.

RATE OF FORCE DEVELOPMENT EXPLAINED

Weight training builds Absolute Strength and is essential. You have to do it!

But THE KEY to sports field performance is not HOW MUCH
force an athlete can generate,
but HOW FAST the athlete can
generate force

and that is called Rate of Force Development.

Research proves that
Light Load/High Speed training
is the best way to increase
Rate of Force Development.
VertiMax is the most effective
Light Load/High Speed trainer
ever designed!

     THE PATENTED VERTIMAX® ADVANTAGE

•  It's designed differently, it's built differently and it functions differently.

•  It is a FUNCTIONAL Trainer!
Athletes do competitive sports-specific moves at sport-specific speeds! Results of VertiMax training will be seen on the field of play!

•  An unlimited number of resistances can be set. Each athlete will be able to set theirs in a matter of seconds. You can instantly tailor a precise loading for any body part or individual athlete or training objective.

•  UNLIKE all other "bungee-type" trainers, once set, Vertimax resistance remains at a constant level through the full range of movement.  This gives substantially improved neuro-muscular involvement and post-training response.

•  Patented Hip Tracking units allow the cords to follow you forward or backward on the platform surface.  It is the only trainer that maintains a true "center of the earth" gravity vector for upright training.

•  Numerous three and four step "Off-Platform" exercises can be done on the VertiMax

•  Three athletes can complete the 8-set routine IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! 20 athletes in a 55 minute period. Or better yet, do VertiMax BETWEEN sets of upper body weight training and it takes NO additional time!
